A FarmHouse, Not a Hotel
You stay in our well-appointed farmhouse that sits right on one of the ranches being hunted — two hunters per private bedroom, bathroom on each floor. Home-cooked meals prepared by our camp chef for the full duration of your stay.
In 30 years of doing this we have learned that a clean, comfortable home on the ranch creates a more memorable experience than any hotel hunt or bunkhouse. Hunters come as strangers and leave as friends. That happens when people share a camp that actually means something.

Located on the eastern edge of the sandhills of Nebraska, Prairie King Ranches were hand-selected for their unique attributes to be able to hold, grow and harvest abundant trophy quality wildlife while providing a world class experience.
The management of these ranches by James Brion is done in a manner to balance wildlife diversity on a working cattle ranch and farm. The techniques used are unique to our style and we have been practicing these approaches successfully for over 35 years.
In that time we have helped more hunters complete their wild turkey grand slams than anyone else, helped dozens of hunters take their best whitetails ever, and all while raising cattle and producing top quality alfalfa and row crops.
